Salary commensurate with experience

Applicants must live within 30 minutes of Franklinville, NJ

Must have a valid driver's license

PT leading to FT

Applicant should have the following skills :

• You should be capable of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds)
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• A track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements
• Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility
• Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
• Experience in any of the following areas is a plus : asphalt / concrete, painting, carpentry
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Demonstrate persistence, strive to improve skills and achieve goals
• You should have your own basic set of tools
• Willingness to learn and grow
