As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with business leaders to perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics across an aligned business segment.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week. You will be working from our Minnetonka, MN office.

Currently hiring for a start date of January 2026.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Analyze and report on financials for aligned business segment
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
• Assist in the development of program forecasts, budgets, and plans
• Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
• Research economic progressions to assist with the organization's financial planning strategy
• Create annual budget templates
• Prepare spreadsheets to effectively show financial results and financial forecasts

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $48,700 to $87,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
