Job Title : CSFA – Operating Room (OR)

Location : Petoskey, MI

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 13 Weeks (Potential for extension)

Shift Hours : 12-hour shifts (3 per week, 6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM)

On-Call : One night per week (7 PM – 7 AM)

Weekend Requirement : One weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, 7 PM – 7 AM)

Holidays : Rotating

Job Description :

This position supports a full spectrum of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including general elective and critical surgeries. The role requires a high level of skill in the OR and flexibility for on-call and weekend responsibilities.

Requirements :

FA can be RNFA or CSTFA
