POSITION PURPOSE

To safely and efficiently operate powered industrial trucks and all attachments while operating and transporting materials within the facility.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY

• Support and follow all rules / guidelines / standards as set by Safety, Quality, 5s and AMS functions as set by your leader and position.
• Must operate equipment in a safe manner not to harm people, damage equipment, facilities, materials or trailers.
• Maintain powered industrial truck in accordance with the daily checklist. Contact appropriate personnel to repair or maintain equipment to ensure it is in safe working order.
• Load, transport and deposit materials to proper area as determined by schedule and assigned work.
• Support production and / or warehousing operations to achieve optimum efficiencies while operating in a safe manner. Operator simple hand or power tools as needed.
• Complete all documentation required.
• Occasionally lift and carry materials as needed using proper ergonomic techniques.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

COMPENSATION

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $19.55-$23.47 / hour

Benefits include, and are not limited to :

PROFIT SHARING :   In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
