Job description

Our client in Lowell, AR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication and experience with SAP and AS400 software which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Customer Service Representative Location : Lowell, AR Pay : $19.50 Shift : Train on 1st shift and work on 2nd shift What's the Job? Facilitate driver check in process Prepare orders, reports, presentations, and special projects Record product shipment and receipts into SAP and AS400 system Review all of drivers documents for accuracy Prepare reports of customer activities What's Needed? AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH SAP SOFTWARE AND AS400 GED or High School Diploma Experience working in similar field Excellent customer service experience Experience working with Microsoft office What's in it for me?
