About the Role

We are looking for a Data Center Technician / Electrical Journeyman to support the operations, maintenance, and repair of our critical infrastructure. While experience in data centers is a plus, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in industrial, mission-critical, or commercial facilities.

This role involves working as part of a 24 / 7 operations team, ensuring that electrical and mechanical systems run smoothly, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.

If you have a strong electrical background, experience with critical infrastructure, and a problem-solving mindset, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t have direct data center experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems that support our data center.
• Monitor and assess building systems, performing routine and emergency maintenance.
• Assist with operations of key infrastructure, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution, chillers, and rooftop HVAC.
• Use the CMMS system to manage and track maintenance work orders.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, and other safety and operational standards.
• Respond to emergency calls as needed.
