Target Salary : $60,000 - $68,000 per year

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design seeks a Instructional Content Developer. This position plays a crucial role in creating engaging, accessible, and effective learning content. This role focuses on developing instructional materials, multimedia resources, and supporting the integration of technology to enhance learning experiences. The position works closely with Learning Experience Designers, faculty, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce high-quality, interactive, and learner-centered materials that align with course outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Multimedia Production, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content development, multimedia production, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with at least one Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience in creating multimedia content such as videos, animations, or interactive media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia content creation, including eLearning modules or similar projects.
