In response, Jacobs is expanding its Energy & Power Solutions team to tackle the complexities of energy resiliency and decarbonization to deliver a cleaner and more secure energy future. We are seeking a senior level electrical engineer for a leading role in our Fort Worth, TX office. This position will provide an opportunity to mentor and / or manage junior and mid-level electrical engineering staff members while also working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional services in the energy sector. Other responsibilities will include strategy formation, business development and sales as we expand our energy transition portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead an electrical engineering team to provide advisory services and engineering design solutions for clients across all market sectors.
• Collaborate with Client Account Managers and sales professionals on pursuits of strategic importance to the firm.
• Possess highly collaborative and sophisticated communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate ability to anticipate challenges and manage up and out while supporting large teams responsible for the daily details of project delivery.
• Engage with clients to evaluate energy needs, develop concept-level plans and solutions, and take these through detailed design to full execution of the solution.
• Contribute to strategy formation, business development and sales as the firm expands its energy transition portfolio.

Salary

The base pay range is $116,400.00 / yr - $203,600.00 / yr.

The base salary range for this position is $116,400.00 to $203,600.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
