REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have substantial law firm experience, a deep understanding of intellectual property and contract law, experience in complex commercial transactions of all varieties for both earlier stage and later stage / public technology companies and be able to advise on the intellectual / commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required. The candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for, or be eligible to sit / waive into the next bar exam.
