Overview
Blackhawk Network’s global legal department has an opening for a paralegal in its Pleasanton, California office. This position provides support to the legal group primarily in the area of litigation, corporate governance, SEC filings, entity maintenance and general corporate matters, and entails frequent interaction with our Board of Directors, senior executives, as well as senior executives of our foreign subsidiaries.

Discovery Management : Managing the exchange of information (documents, emails, data) between parties.

Salary Range for California Residents Only : $124,070.00 to $167,500.00
Salary Range for Illinois Residents Only : $99,130.00 to $133,840.00
