Position Title : Accounting Specialist

Overview :

We are partnered with a well-established organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join its accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounts payable and payroll processing , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment execution.
• Administer payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reconcile payroll and AP accounts monthly and assist with general ledger entries.
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with other accounting functions as needed, including expense reporting and month-end close.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $50,000 to $60,000
