Bookkeeper - Small Business

Springfield, PA | $25-$30 / hr | Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire | Part-Time or Full-Time | On-Site

A small, family-oriented business in Springfield, PA is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity for long-term placement with a growing company. While the position is currently on-site, hybrid flexibility may be considered over time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable / receivable, bank reconciliations, and deposits
• Manage general ledger and assist with financial reporting, including profit and loss statements
• Collaborate closely with the Office Manager and external CPA to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain organized financial records and support administrative functions as needed
