Position Overview : The primary responsibility of the Director Leadership Development is to lead and energize the leadership growth initiatives of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. This individual will champion and accelerate the growth of current and future leaders in a way that aligns with The Venetian Resort's overall strategy, brand, and service culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in leadership development, a passion for people and culture, experience in large-scale hospitality, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to shape the culture and future of leadership in a dynamic organization.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Execute a comprehensive leadership development strategy that aligns with the long-term objectives of the organization.
• Partner with senior executives and People Operations Business Partners to identify gaps and opportunities in leadership capabilities.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the enterprise.
• Shape and personally facilitate innovative leadership programs including onboarding for new leaders, emerging leader development, skill acceleration, and mentorship initiatives.
• Regularly conduct dynamic, effective 1 : 1 coaching sessions with leaders.
• Focus on blended learning solutions that align with operational priorities.
• Create a leadership development landscape that is commercially relevant, scalable, and inclusive.
• Maintain a pulse on industry trends, luxury standards, and emerging leadership best practices to ensure the organization remains innovative and best-in-class.
• Oversee the talent management and succession planning process, including talent calibration and career pathing for leaders.
