About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night (3x12-Hour)

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 1.5 years in PICU required.

License : Permanent license in hand required.

Certifications : PALS, BLS required.

Must-Have : No first-timers accepted. Weekend requirement : Yes, every other weekend. Float as needed to other intensive care units. Locals accepted at a lower rate. Two professional references must be verified from two of the last three places worked, with verified references from different facilities.

Description :

Pediatric Med / Surg ICU - PICU Registered Nurse position available.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care.

First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.

Every other weekend commitment is required.

Certifications in PALS and BLS are mandatory for applicants.

The clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs as required.

Local candidates are welcome to apply at a lower rate.

Two verified professional references from different facilities are required to be considered for this position.

The facility is an acute care facility with a total of 485 staffed beds and has achieved Magnet status.

The charting system utilized is EPIC.
