ExpertPays is a Nevada-based company that supports law firms through expert and legal service coordination. We specialize in sourcing, vetting, and managing top-tier experts for litigation, ensuring precision, speed, and credibility across every case.

About the Role : Account Manager

The Account Manager is the primary liaison for assigned law firms, responsible for managing active cases, processing service requests, and coordinating internal teams and external partners. This role blends client success, legal operations, and expert coordinationrequiring strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Youll collaborate with law firms, experts, legal service providers, and senior leadership to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. Youll also work closely with the Director, Account Management, and the Chief Strategy Officer on contract-related inquiries and operational escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Case & Expert Coordination

  • Monitor active files using company reporting tools (e.g., receivables report) to track status and next steps
  • Gather case details and service request information from firms in alignment with submission and underwriting protocols
  • Coordinate firm meetings with the Director, Account Management
  • Partner with the Expert Services Manager to manage expert requests, including profile updates, availability checks, conflict reviews, and introductory calls
  • Maintain accurate firm and attorney records in the company portal
  • Support preparation, revision, and execution of DPAs in active files
  • Ensure the timely delivery of expert services by coordinating with firms, experts, and service providers
  • Assist with quality control of completed expert services
  • Organize documentation for expert service payments or other requests from firms or senior leadership

Client Success & Portal Support

  • Foster strong relationships and deliver a positive client experience
  • Collaborate with senior management to promote client retention
  • Stay informed on company products, services, and portal functionality
  • Troubleshoot portal issues for firms and experts
  • Support onboarding of new firms and attorneys into the portal
  • Receive and escalate client feedback, complaints, and concerns
  • Candidate Profile

    Required :

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal office setting
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and relevant software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in personal injury law
  • Location

    This is a full-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas, NV.
