Job description

Stepping Stones Group and its affiliated companies is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager in the Technology Operations and Support Team as the technical interface member of the team for the Community Autism Services business unit. This person will shape and execute CAS IT operations & growth strategy (mainly around new centers) to ensure seamless & secure daily operations, technology infrastructure management, & vendor oversight.

Outcome Measures

  • Dedicated vendor management for new center launches
  • Oversee IT work for all new centers
  • Ensure 100% of IT requirements for new center launches happen on-time & on-budget
  • Confirm centers meet clinical team specifications and needs
  • Meet with IT vendors weekly and ensure alignment & progress with center launch timelines
  • Monitor vendor performance, introduce SLAs where they are lacking, and manage adherence to SLAs
  • Optimize vendor relationships
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Support existing facilities (~35) and clinical and ops staff (~2,000) with incredibly high customer service
  • Provide high level technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve technology issues at existing facilities
  • Monitor and report equipment performance deficiencies, coordinates equipment repairs, and suggests appropriate hardware devices or software applications to improve performance
  • Recommend and coordinate hardware set up, proper configuration, as well as modifications to assure high availability and performance

  • Primary Responsibilities :

  • Cross-functional collaboration : Attend and contribute to 100% of project planning meetings with project managers, clinical leads, and facilities management
  • Ensure rapid response to Facility IT needs : Prioritize and address issues with urgency, professionalism and consistency
  • Vendor & contractor management : Promptly coordinate with external contractors
  • Support the Evaluation and implementation of new and existing software solutions that optimize business processes
  • Support with technical troubleshooting, managing escalations, and translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa
  • Qualifications : Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field
  • 5 or more years of IT industry work experience including architecture design and deployment, and infrastructure planning and operations with a proven record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, storage and backup, operating systems (Microsoft and UNIX), management tools, networks, firewalls, PC’s, printers, software, PBX and cabling.
  • Knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, VPN Tunnels and VLANS) with proven experience in network switch (Cisco) management.
  • Working experience setting up a brick-and-mortar office / s for all IT needs
  • Experience with access control and CCTV system preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare provider industry is preferred
