This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8a-4 : 30p
• Practice Setting : Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures : Catheter management and bone marrow biopsy
• Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 Days
• EMR : Epic
• Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Licensure required : Active Indiana License Required
