Job descriptionLicensed Realtors closing at least 10+ deals per year (or eager to reach that milestone quickly, as many of our agents achieve this monthly). Professionals with a growth mindset who desire certainty, leverage, and greater time freedom . Individuals who prioritize family, relationships, and experiences — not just the hustle. We are NOT looking for agents who seek easy wins, prefer part-time work, resist change, or want to "try" real estate. Provide exceptional buyer seller consultations using our proven strategies. Utilize our marketing, coaching, and support team to focus on building a sustainable, long-term business pipeline. Build wealth through closings and stock revenue share opportunities . Active Real Estate License (required). Minimum 1+ year sales or real estate experience (preferred). Comfortable with technology (CRM, apps, digital tools). Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Experience with Follow-Up Boss or Flex is a significant advantage. Self-starters excel in this model. Our leadership can't want it for you. If you're independent, ambitious, hardworking, and self-motivated, you'll achieve your goals with us. Think : owner of your own business versus an employee mindset. 100% commission + stock + revenue share. Agents on our platform typically earn $75,000 annually as new agents in the first year or two, depending on effort and experience. Our top and most consistent producers earn between $200k to $450k annually.
