Key Accountabilities / Essential Functions
Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) :
Perform all duties with the highest regard for safety, environmental procedures, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements, including Process Safety Management, Responsible Care, and Emergency Response Plans.
Identify potential hazards; properly use PPE and respirators; follow permitting procedures; and handle chemicals, waste, and equipment (reactors, forklifts, pumps, valves, etc.) in accordance with RCRA and OSHA Hazard Communication standards.
Accurately document operational data to meet EHS&S regulations, Solenis policies, and RC14001 requirements.
Primary Responsibilities :
Participate actively in high-performance team activities, plant safety programs, training sessions (online and in-person), and continuous improvement efforts.
Plan and execute production of intermediate and finished products using the process control system while ensuring quality and safety.
Conduct analytical testing, monitor raw material and product inventories, and receive incoming materials.
Operate, monitor, and maintain plant equipment such as chillers, scrubbers, and sumps; complete all necessary SAP transactions and production records.
Complete onboarding benchmarks for new employees and support regular performance reviews.
Maintain documentation to comply with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
Plant-Specific Tasks :
Support various site-specific tasks throughout the plant, including chemical handling, basic maintenance, and other assigned duties.
Follow documented task lists and procedures that align with the needs of the specific operational area.
Qualifications : Education
H.S. Diploma / A.S. or Certificate Program Preferred
Experience
1-3 yrs previous manufacturing / process experience, preferably in a chemical environment
Knowledge
Microsoft Office, SAP and Lotus Notes experience a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform manual labor in outdoor environment including use of stairs and lifting up to 50 pounds. Use of respiratory protection may be required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,700.00 and $77,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
