Job Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support walk-in customers across all lines of business. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional service by assisting clients with premium payments, coverage options, and policy inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all walk-in customers, responding to inquiries across multiple lines of business.
  • Receive, verify, and process premium payments; issue written receipts.
  • Explain benefits, rates, and coverage options to help customers make informed healthcare decisions.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
  • Support customers in selecting or updating health coverage to best meet their needs.
  • Identify and document complex or recurring issues; escalate and track for resolution.
  • Provide feedback to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
  • Assist in researching and resolving executive-level inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years in operations or customer service (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Licenses : Life and Health License preferred.
  • Preferred Background : Experience in healthcare or Medicare, and prior sales experience.
