• responsible for migrating current HRIS system to Paycom from A-Z - manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the HRIS platform to ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance.
• Provide user support by training staff on HRIS functionalities, resolving technical issues promptly, and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Streamline HR processes through automation within the HRIS platform to improve efficiency across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Proven experience with a HRIS platform leading migration and implementation of new accounts .
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in popular HRIS platforms - preferably Paycom; experience with systems that incorporate quantum engineering principles is a plus.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting system issues.
• Exceptional communication skills for training users
• Familiarity with system integration processes, automation tools, and database management.
