High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience
Develops and maintains unit / department schedules. Manages human resource deployment across patient care service areas.
Collaborates regarding flexing staffing between units / departments based on patient acuity levels and budgetary guidelines.
Participates in managing the unit / department business operations and budget.
Maintains the payroll system for the assigned unit / department and reconciles discrepancies.
Provides clerical and administrative support.
Performs environmental rounds to assess maintenance, equipment and supply needs and provides follow-up action.
Performs other duties as assigned.
