Description Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Weekend Receptionist - Part Time to join our growing team! Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Shifts Available : Every Other Weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm HHA Wage : $17.50 - 22.50 wage is based on experience Are you compassionate towards others? Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include : Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions including administrative support. Preferred Qualifications : High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
