Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to G&A leaders on talent initiatives and organizational design
Execute talent development processes and support leadership onboarding and coaching
Navigate sensitive employee relations matters and reinforce company values
Required Qualifications
7+ years of HRBP / People Partner experience, with at least 2 years supporting G&A teams
Experience in high-growth and ambiguous environments
Proven success in driving organizational change and team scaling
Proficiency in handling complex employee relations with discretion
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
