Job Overview

The Creative Designer supports the company across all functions by producing high-quality visual assets that elevate our brand and improve clarity, consistency, and communication.

This role delivers design support for a wide range of business needs, including marketing, product, CX, web, print, internal documentation, and more.

We are looking for a versatile, self-directed designer with a strong portfolio of clean, modern design work and a systems mindset. The ideal candidate has DTC experience, works well across teams, and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Cross-Functional Design Support

• Produce branded graphic assets for use across departments (Marketing, Product, etc.)
• Maintain and expand visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency company-wide
• Design internal materials including templates, launch decks, and presentations.

Web & Email Design

Performance Marketing Creative

Product, Packaging & Print Assets

Photo & Video Editing

Creative Innovation & Special Projects
