Warranty Administrator

Position Summary
The Warranty Administrator will report directly to the National Service director and support both internal and external Warranty repair claims. The Warranty Administrator will collaborate with the entire Service team in addition to Orange EV customers to ensure that Warranty repairs are correctly submitted, processed, and paid.
Position Responsibilities
- Review, correct, apply labor codes, and submit all Warranty Service Tickets
- Set internal processes and train Technicians, Supervisors how to properly populate Service Ticket fields
- Help to develop external processes and training for third parties and customers submitting Warranty claims
- Maintain asset Warranty schedule for the entire fleet
- Own reporting of Warranty claim data
- Lead the Service Data Tracking tool management, issue resolution, and new feature request
Position Qualifications
Experience managing large continuous data setsExperience working with or around Class 8 vehicles or other heavy equipmentExperience managing and servicing warrantiesAbility to handle many functions at one time and adjust to rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to execute and follow through on instructions given by supervisorKnowledge of computer, MS Word, and MS Excel programsAbility to articulate clearly when writing including composition, spelling and punctuationIdeal Candidates Will Also Have
