A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish / English to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and categorize calls from child support client stakeholders according to Standard Operating Procedures
Document customer interactions and record any abusive or extraordinary calls
Fulfill customer needs by gathering information and providing appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of prior experience in customer service or related fields
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard and 10-key pad
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
