The Manager, Originations Recording oversees the final stages of real estate transactions to ensure the proper completion and compliance of all post-closing processes. Responsibilities typically include :

• Managing a team responsible for reviewing and processing closed files
• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, recording, and distribution of closing documents, such as title policies and mortgages
• Coordinating with county recording offices to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Overseeing resolution of executed document issues, discrepancies, or missing documents
