HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Wichita, Kansas.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : MRI Technologist
  • Discipline : Allied Health Professional
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours, evenings
  • Employment Type : Local Contract
  • Number of Beds -   fully staffed 15-16 exams / day
  • Number of Staff – 3 techs currentl
  • Type of staff :

7a-3p tech.  M-F

  • Mid shift 1030a-7p  M-F
  • Looking for the 3p-11p position to be filled.  M-F
  • Patient Ratios –  exams heavily outpatient with 3-4 inpatient exams daily and a few ED exams / wkly
  • Type of equipment – GE 450 wide bore scanner
  • EMR – Meditech and FUJI PACS
  • Typical Procedures :

    • Routine extremities / Brain / Spine with and without contrast.  Some abdominal studies / MRI prostates

  • We do NOT do sedated patients / Do NOT do anesthesia cases / Do NOT do CARDIC cases
  • We transport our own patients to and from the unit

    • \nMust Haves : \n- A recent 12 months of MRI Tech RN experience in an acute hospital setting\n- ARRT (MR) License\n- BLS Certification\n\nPreferred or Nice to Have : \n- MediTech Experience\n- Travel Experience
