Senior Manager Production Operations
The Senior Manager Production Operations will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program at Cotiviti. They manage a team of IAM staff with expertise in migrating Cotiviti production applications to Okta SSO, working with internal clients teams to migrate the client users to Okta authentication and executing a roadmap with the Application owners to get Production apps IAM ready. The team consists of Okta Developers, Engineers, and Technical Support staff. The incumbent will also assist in overseeing performance by external contractors engaged for project and development work. They advise the executive team on this roadmap with a focus on keeping the applications current and supported. They also interact with other Cotiviti technical, business, and security teams to ensure delivery of excellent service to support the Identity management domain while adhering to the corporate security policy.
Responsibilities
- Managing different platforms for Identity management, Automation, BI Technologies like Okta, Azure AD, M365, DOMO, Power Platform, etc.
- Strategies and design the platform to adopt the Cotiviti requirements.
- Lead project efforts in defining scope, planning, executing, and reporting to stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
- Design, implementation, and testing for onboarding Production applications to OKTA using SAML 2.0, OAuth and OpenID
- Develop dashboards based on wireframes, Design end to end reporting solution sufficing business needs.
- Strategic and technical Manager for teams like Okta, M365, DOMO, etc.
- Designing & Implementing workflows for orchestration of User life cycle management and user access with data management.
- Manage Cotiviti Client Integration for different custom In-House Production applications with Org-to-Org connection.
- Manage APIs for different Okta Integration for Applications, Analytics and Automation.
- Configure and setup the UAT environment to test all tasks and projects work before going live in production.
- Designing a flow for Integrating data coming from different sources ADs, schemas and store and maintain its correctness in Okta
- Identify the task to automate to avoid human errors and save time.
- Maintain the documentation for architecture level changes
- Document and communicate solution functions and benefits to the customer, identify and recommend additional solution components, product customization, enhancements, and / or workarounds to meet customer requirements.
- Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs Understanding the overall Change Management process followed at Cotiviti for various technologies.
- Creation / Review of deployment document depicting the Change Request steps to be followed for deployment of application to higher environment.
- Following ticketing system for Change Management and gathering approvals from required stakeholders
- Management of Production Outages during validity support duration for IdP Platforms

Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.8+ Years of IT services experience with managing Identity management solutions AD, Azure AD, OKTA, ADFS, M365, BI Analytics.3+ Years of experience in managing a team.Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent aptitude for problem solving. Self-starter, team player, personable, enthusiastic, hardworking, and enjoy interfacing with external and internal customers on a day-to-day basis.Mental Requirements :
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously.An extremely motivated, results-oriented individual that is very self-directed and comfortable thinking and reacting quickly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and / or fingers.Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.Be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.No adverse environmental conditions expected.Base compensation ranges from $128,000 to $160,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration.
