Job description

Tacoma Healthcare Facility Cleaner

What will you be doing?

  • Clean patient, staff, and public areas following the 7-step cleaning procedure
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, etc.)
  • Perform low-level maintenance tasks (unclogging toilets / sinks, restocking supplies)
  • Safely handle and transport trash, medical waste, and soiled linens
  • Support facility safety and security by locking doors, monitoring areas, and reporting hazards
