What your day looks like in Camilla, GA

You log your work, collaborate with teammates to boost uptime, and wrap up by double-checking safety guards and documenting the fix. What you’ll tackle

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to root cause
  • Conduct safety and functionality inspections on a regular cadence
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
  • Respond quickly to work orders and emergencies
  • Partner with peers to improve processes, reliability, and efficiency
  • Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

    • What you bring

  • At least 1 year of documented mechanical work experience (can be combined across employers) or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program
  • Rehire eligibility : facility accepts rehires only after 180 days, and with fewer than three prior terms
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid identification required
  • Comfort using basic hand tools
  • Foundational maintenance knowledge across welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
  • Ability to read and understand assignments
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds; climb stairs to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for extended periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weather

  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Motor replacement, repair, and preventive care
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics diagnostics
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Blueprint reading

    • Tools and tech you’ll encounter
