About the Role

The Company is in search of a Director for its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This key leadership role is focused on driving the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial reports, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Collaboration with senior management on strategic financial planning and decision-making is also a critical aspect of the position. The ideal candidate should have a CPA or CFA qualification, a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, and a strong background in financial analysis, variance reporting, and insurance statutory accounting.
