Job Summary
Full-time opportunity for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outpatient services in a supportive, clinician-led environment. This role focuses on helping children develop communication, language, and cognitive-communication skills through individualized, evidence-based therapy. Ideal for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking mentorship and clinical growth.
What Youll Do
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective carryover and progress.
Document services accurately using EMR systems while maintaining a balanced caseload.
Participate in team meetings, training, and collaborative clinical discussions.
Requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active or eligible state license to practice as an SLP.
CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status.
Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
