Department : UIS Interquest Mammography

FTE : Full Time, 0.8, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $42.01 - $58.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary :

Leads sonography team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

Provides monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management.

Serves as a positive role model by working with team members to promote teamwork and cooperation. Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision-making / problem solving.

Performs responsibilities of underlying job. Takes responsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues.

Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. May work with Radiology students.
