About The Position

Pay Rate : $15.00 - $20.00 / Hourly.

Summary : A Medical Assistant (MA) supports healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks in medical offices, clinics, and outpatient settings. They help ensure smooth patient flow and quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Greet patients, take appropriate vital signs, review current meds and record in medical record.
• Assist with tracking and monitoring department specific data.
• Explain policies, procedures, or services to patients based on scope of practice.
• Set up exam / procedure rooms appropriate to the patient visit needs.
• Clean and re-process equipment and supplies following department guidelines.
• Administer immunizations, injections, or oral medications as directed by provider.
