The Opportunity :

Our Minnetonka MN location has an exciting opening for a Manufacturing Project Lead in Abbotts Electrophysiology (EP) business. Were transforming the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough technologies that help restore health and improve livesmaking a real difference for patients worldwide.

As a Manufacturing Project Lead youll will play a critical role in defining and implementing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the Minnesota Manufacturing Network to support compliance efficiency and scalability for medical device production.

What Youll Work On :

Define functional and technical requirements for MES implementation aligned with product and process needs.

Partner with IT and MES vendors to design workflows data capture and reporting capabilities.

Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation through MES.

Lead MES implementation project for new product introduction including timeline and risk management.

Ensure all MES configurations and processes meet Abbotts quality system requirements and regulatory guidelines.
