SUMMARY
Lead end-to-end digital marketing for a B2B portfolio across web, social, search, CRM, and paid media. Own the digital roadmap, elevate brand presence, optimize user journeys, and translate performance data into clear actions. This is a remote role collaborating cross-functionally with sales, R&D, applications, regulatory, and global marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the digital strategy and calendar across SEO / SEM, social, CRM, CMS, and digital advertising to grow awareness and qualified demand.
- Manage website updates and UX enhancements in a CMS (e.g., WordPress), ensuring analytics and lead-capture integrations work flawlessly.
- Develop and run the social media plan and content cadence with an engaging, consistent brand voice.
- Track and report web, campaign, and CRM performance; convert insights into optimization experiments and roadmaps.
- Partner with commercial and technical teams to launch digital campaigns aligned to go-to-market priorities and product releases.
- Coordinate domain / DNS settings (e.g., via Cloudflare) with IT to ensure reliability, security, and uptime for web properties and campaigns.
- Build, sequence, and deliver digital campaign timelines on time against business objectives.
- Select and direct agencies, freelancers, and digital partners for best-in-class execution and ROI.
- Create and maintain scalable SOPs, tools, and workflows for digital operations.
- Scan competitors and the market to propose content ideas and campaign tests that drive differentiation.
- Support global initiatives such as tradeshows, media placements, influencer programs, and brand campaigns.
- Mentor and upskill teammates to raise digital capabilities across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.5–7 years in B2B digital marketing covering SEO / SEM, social, content optimization, and paid media.Hands-on with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and CRM / marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics); comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.Working knowledge of domains and DNS administration to support stable web / campaign delivery.Fluent with analytics and ad tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and able to turn data into actions.Exceptionally organized; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.Clear communicator and presenter who collaborates well with internal stakeholders and external partners.Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and drives outcomes; able to travel occasionally (up to ~5%).Bonus : B2B experience in food, nutrition, or health; experience with influencers and thought-leadership programs; strong writing, photo, and editing skills; project management tool proficiency; proven lead-gen campaign results; CRM–CMS integration experience.BENEFITS
