WHAT YOU WILL DO :

The In-Park Revenue Department is currently seeking a qualified individual to provide elevated guest service to drive a new business unit inside our ESIX Sports Arena at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. ESIX location team members will provide light retail service (merchandise), aid guests with setting up game accounts, expand their understanding of the e-sports industry, as well as assist guests with rental of gaming PCs / consoles and equipment.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT :

• Engage with guests to enhance their experience within the gaming world within multiple platforms
• Assume the role of party support character – providing excellent service appropriate to the situation and needs of the business

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

Creative strategies will be needed to drive business both within the gaming community and beyond it.
