Job Title
You will play a crucial role in resolving driver and carrier issues related to daily freight movements into and out of our North American 3rd party shippers and terminals. This position offers a chance to positively impact our transportation partners and customers by ensuring timely shipment deliveries, especially during network disruptions.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding carrier and driver experiences and solutions in a contact center environment. Research and resolve issues, setting appropriate expectations within the transportation network. Adhere to start / stop schedules, breaks, and lunches in a fast-paced environment. Detect potential failures in the system regarding the pickup, transport, or delivery of customer loads. Conduct outbound calls to understand potential or current failures discovered in the system. Support workload surges and weather-related operations, including significant overtime during high-volume peaks. Utilize internal systems to gather data from multiple sources for reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. Communicate insights effectively to others across Transportation Operations Management, Amazon Freight Partners, and Fleet. Provide support to field teams in driver assignment, load acceptance, and driver / equipment availability.
Essential Skills
Call center experience, with the ability to make 50-60 calls per day. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in unscripted scenarios. Critical thinking and de-escalation skills to find resolutions. Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and tools. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where rules and processes can change often. Experience in a performance-driven role with heavy metrics. Self-sufficient and tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of call center experience is preferred. Experience in collections, insurance, claims, or investigations is advantageous. Logistics or transportation industry experience is a plus. Agile mindset, open to change, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Work Environment
This is a 100% onsite / in-office position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, including Saturday or Sunday as an overtime day. The work hours are from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm MST. Training consists of one week of classroom training followed by a second week of mentor training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
