Organization : Medical Record Operations

Job Summary : Performs, coordinates, and ensures accurate and timely entry of information into electronic databases with occasional guidance. Evaluates images for correctness and completeness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepares, scans and enters information into the electronic medical record.
• Reviews and assigns appropriate indices to scanned / uploaded images.
• Performs corrections to indexing parameters.
• Conducts routine analyses of scanned / uploaded images and routes document to coordinator if incomplete or deficient.
