Rate of Pay : $36.00 - $39.00 per hour

Additional pay differentials of $1.25 per hour for the PM shift and $1.50 per hour for the NOC shift

Who you are :

Job Summary :

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our assisted living team. In this role, you'll provide basic therapeutic, restorative, and preventive care to residents while supporting their independence and overall well-being. You'll collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and caregivers to implement individualized care plans and ensure the highest quality of care. The LVN also provides direction and supervision to care staff in accordance with community policies and state regulations.
