Job Description

This position will communicate with EMEA Wellness Advocates, Customers, and international corporate counterparts to assist them in understanding and implementing d?TERRA's Policy Manual, procedures, and local market regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Educate and assist Wellness Advocates (WA's) on d?TERRA's policies and procedures
  • Assist to protect d?TERRA's trademarks rights
  • Communicate personally, telephonically, and in correspondence with WA's in EMEA
  • Actively monitor Internet for non-compliant websites, social media sites, and online sales
  • Address non-compliant income / medical claims with WA's in EMEA
  • Closely work with Team Lead and Manager to resolve all WA's policy violations in EMEA
  • Assist and investigate possible policy violations, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, cross-line recruiting, cross-company recruiting, repackaging, and any other non-compliant activity outlined in the d?TERRA Policy Manual
  • Keeping contact with local and international corporate staff
  • Accurate documentation and case management
  • On occasion, work in other time zones and accommodate WA's and corporate counterparts' schedules.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in European language (native proficiency preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate a personal computer for data entry and reporting using MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across doTERRA for the achievement of business goals
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and plan and see things through to the end
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, writing, organizational skills, and customer service abilities.
