CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time ENTRY level HR Admin. The HR Admin performs a wide range of administrative support functions for HR Department. Their duties will include providing support in recruiting activities, onboarding staff, and following up with staffs request or questions as needed.
- Provide administrative support to HR Manager and Recruiter.
- Onboard staff through our HRIS to ensure timely completion.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Compile and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records to ensure state and federal compliance are met.
- Enter employee data into HRIS.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and end of year processing.
Full-time | 40 hours p / w| Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays

Requirements :
High School Diploma with 2 years of Administrative experience ORBA degree in HR or in a related discipline.Proficient user of MS Office products.Ability to prioritize workload, organize time and resources effectively prioritizing.Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically as well as to manage detail.Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.Lived Experience : CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who have been trained to use their own life experience dealing with mental health or substance use challenges to inspire and support others.Compensation details : 45000-45000 Yearly Salary
