Job Overview - LPN Overnight (IDD Care) :

Join our client's dedicated team as an LPN Overnight (IDD Care) in Hershey, PA. This role involves providing overnight nursing care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting. Responsibilities include medical assessments, medication management, and supporting individuals with feeding tubes, respiratory needs, and seizure management.

Compensation : $40 - $42 / hour

Location : Hershey, PA

Schedule : 6 : 30 PM to 7 : 00 AM, rotating weekly with every other holiday required

Responsibilities as the LPN Overnight (IDD Care) :

• Medical Monitoring : Perform regular assessments, vital sign checks, and intakes for individuals.
• Medication Administration : Conduct large medication passes and administer treatments per care plans.
• Feeding Tube Management : Manage GJ tubes, ensuring accurate medication delivery and feeding.
• Seizure and Respiratory Care : Respond to seizures with rescue medications and address respiratory concerns as needed.
• Documentation and Compliance : Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Staff Training and Support : Educate and guide staff on IDD-specific care and emergency procedures.
