Job Summary
We are currently hiring an Operations Support Manager for our CPU team , and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. This role supports field operations and new startups within our Performance Management Group, focusing on cost-per-unit and managed incentive programs. They ensure that supported sites receive comprehensive training and set-up assistance, optimizing our ability to deliver exceptional performance for clients. You also aid teams in optimizing production processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these :
- Support new account implementations by working under the direction of the PMG engineering team on execution of the workplan and SOW.
- Support at-risk accounts by troubleshooting processes, and identifying service gaps, to improve overall performance and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineers to establish daily operational procedures and routines to optimize account performance
- Provide on the ground support to the Engineering team and Director of Onsites, as needed while a Performance Manager is being identified.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams on site hiring needs.
- Conduct on-the-job training with new hires and support the new hire onboarding process.
- Establish hourly and daily communication of performance feedback for employees.
- Implement safety procedures compliant with OSHA regulations and customer-specific safety policies, including injury reporting, site safety awareness, and evacuation protocols.
- Act as interim Onsite Performance Manager during start-ups to facilitate achieving go-live targets and ensure operational readiness.
- In troubleshooting situations, develop action plans that address root causes, and solutions to improve performance or quality.
Competencies
Competencies we value for this role include :
3-5 years of experience managing staff in a production supervisor capacity, 1 year of experience driving floor production in a similar environment and experience with basic Human Resources requirements as related to direct supervision of a workforce. Ethical conduct, thoroughness, detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
