About The Position

Job Title : Medical Assistant

Contract Duration : 9 Weeks

Schedule

Shift : Day Shift – 5x8-hour shifts

Hours : 08 : 00 AM – 05 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 year as Medical Assistant

Certifications :

BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

CMA, NCCT, or AMT (National Certification required)

Education : Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ASSCS, ACCET, CAAHEP, or ABHES)

Travel Experience : Not required

Skills & Responsibilities

Administer oral, IM, and subcutaneous medications skillfully

Perform venipuncture and EKGs accurately

Obtain and record vital signs

Manage patient drug refills

Maintain OSHA and PPE compliance

Provide excellent patient care and communication
