Key Responsibilities for Foremen, General Foremen, and Supervisors :
Team Leadership : Lead and manage teams of workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Project Coordination : Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring the quality of work and that all tasks align with project timelines and specifications.Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, including lockout / tagout and other job-specific safety measures.Training & Development : Mentor and guide team members, providing training opportunities to grow their skills and advance in their careers.Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, contractors, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Quality Control : Ensure that all work is completed according to design specifications and adheres to relevant codes and standards.Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project, ensuring minimal delays and maintaining project flow.Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety compliance.Ideal Candidates Will Have :
Proven experience in electrical construction, particularly in leadership roles.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and electrical construction standards.Ability to manage and motivate teams while maintaining a high standard of work quality.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team with the potential for career advancement and professional growth.
