Primary Responsibilities :
- Analyzes and processes quote requests from salesmen.
- Determines pricing and job plan for first time quotes and re-quotes current job plans.
- Completes or updates production cards as needed and maintains all job cost records.
- Updates and maintains die library.
- Knowledge of material capabilities and obtain pricing when necessary.
- CERM (ERP system) BOM Implementation
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
High level of keyboarding and computer skills.Very detail oriented.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Understanding of relevant IATF16949, ISO14001, FSSC 22000, procedures and work instructions.Proficient in Microsoft Programs, specifically Excel.Work Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar industry.Education Requirements :
Minimum of 2-year college degree strongly preferred.Physical Requirements :
Employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, walk, stoop & lift up to 50 lbs.
