Job descriptionDesign, layout, and construct a variety of prototype tools, fixtures, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for development purposes. Conduct feasibility evaluations, functional tests, and performance analyses. Troubleshoot and isolate faults in breadboards, hybrid circuits, and electronic systems. Execute and document measurements per design verification plans; prepare detailed engineering test reports. Develop and maintain documentation including specifications, schematics, and mechanical layouts to support tool release and document control. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations , company procedures, and applicable quality standards. Proven ability to develop new design features and improvements in existing systems. Strong background in prototype PCB layout, construction, and evaluation. Excellent documentation and reporting skills for management and decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Database Management) and specialized engineering software. Experience in a cross-functional, matrixed, and geographically distributed work environment.

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Travel : Up to 10% (including international)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Advanced credential or professional certification in a related discipline (desired)
- Six Sigma knowledge and experience preferred
- Experience with manufacturing processes, especially in medical device production, desired
